ΒΑΣΙΛΕ[ΩΣ] / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩ[Ν] - [ΑΡΣΑΚΟY] / EYEPΓET[OY] - ΔΙΚΑΙΟY - ΕΠΙΦΑΝΟYΣ / [ΦΙ]ΛΕΛΛΗΝΟΣ - ΑΡΤΕ Mithradates seated right, receiving palm frond from female figure standing left, holding scepter; above, monogram of ΠΛP (?); below throne, V/A; between Mithradates' feet, A.
